Wandsworth Rams have finally announced their line-up for their debut in the Evolution League for the forthcoming seaso
1.EDDIE MABO AUSTRALIA 23 8.16
Eddie joined Turnstall Terriors in the 2016 season and was allocated to the Rams for this season and they are looking for him to increase his average and lead from the front!
2.MATT TURNER ENGLAND 21 6.87
Young Matt has ridden for Falmouth Falcons and Bottesford Bullets at a higher league level and could be a perfect fit to ride with Mabo at the top of the line-up.
3.BRIAN BROADBANK ENGLAND 20 7.02
Brian is the great-grandson of the legend known as Mike Broadbank who was a heat leader with Barry Briggs at Swindon in years gone by. But, I digress young Brian rode for Charlemont Chargers last season and is looking for his average to improve with his move to the Rams.
4.ZANE SNOW AUSTRALIA 29 6.64
Zane was the first of Wandsworth,s pre-season signings and is on loan from Workington Logheads who were promoted into the Power League at the end of last season. He has had several clubs since his league debut in the 2012/13 season and should bring undoubted experience into a fairly young team.
5.THEO CRAVEN ENGLAND 22 8.12
Wansworth manager, Terry Meech, is convinced that Theo could be the surprise packet of this season's Evolution League having managed him for half a season at the now defunct Power League outfit, Falmouth Falcons, and was a major element in the Falcons winning of the 4TT and in reaching the K.O.Cup Final
6.ALFIE GOODWIN ENGLAND 19 4.07
Young Alfie is now a Wandsworth asset after the Rams agreed a transfer fee with Rye Racers for his services. He may well find points scoring a little easier at this level. and he has plenty of time on his side to claim a place in the main body of the team..
7.KYLE FREEMAN ENGLAND 15 3.95
Wandsworth are chuffed at securing the loan services of Kyle as their qualified Juvenile Jaunter from Milton Keynes Cats. The young man was one of the stars of last seasons "Jaunt" and his parent club have high expectattions of him reaching the very top of the speedway ladder1
The Rams management would like to send huge thanks to David at Workington, Sean at Milton Keynes and Steve at Rye House for their help and swift implementation of these deals. With thanks also for the guys at HQ for their help as well
