30/05/2016 at THE MEGANO - ATTENDANCE 633
SIM SPEEDWAY 2016 - EVOLUTION LEAGUE 4TT GROUP A ROUND 1
Ambitious Hull Angels came and conquered the Whales in a pulsating Group A round one meeting, Brage Moller-Bech put in an exceptional effort to eclipse home rider Viv Thompson's efforts, good support from Andy Davidson's (RIP) protege Greg Woodcroft and Kalle Mikkelsen did enough to ensure the Angels ran out winners.
Van Maurik supported Thompson as both Smith and Mullarkey chipped in with good points, Sheffield Dons were more owrkmanlike than outstanding. Thornaby Thunder led by ex Whale Prusaczyk who they relied upon after losing Preben Olsen through injury early on struggled to make an impression.
