Fans Call Emergency Fourm
Charlemont Chargers could be known as the silent club, quietly ticking along in the season without really making much fuss. Sitting second in the table with two weeks to go you would have thought the fans of the Chargers would be happy, however all is not ripe at the club.
The fans want the club to show more ambition and to be more vocal within Sim Speedway. The lack of news coming out of the club makes some of the fans belive that the management are uninterested and are happy to leave them in the lerch.
The forum was called by Supporters Club director Sam Bissell, and the night was attended by a 250 strong audience who came to Q&A club manager Steven Hunt. The night went well with the fans without any anger or disgruntlement, the night was filled with smiles and solutions that left both parties going home happy with what they had heard.

'I can completely understand why tonight has happened, we haven't given our all to the club ad the fans feel like the club is in limbo and they don't know what is happening. This is completely not the case and it's after tonight I belive the fans just want to know what's going on.'
'The club are sitting very healthy, we have a good fanbase, a great looking stadium and we are going well in the league. I have explained tonight that we want to take the club forward but it's a marathon not a sprint. This year and also last year we didn't set any targets to get promoted or to actually win anything and here we are with an Acadmey League KOC trophy, promotion from that league and now we're in second place. Without to much pressure on the club we have gone into great things and that's a testimony to everyone involved from riders to management and to the fans'
'We have to weeks left in the season and we going to be going for promotion, we will have a look at the stadium again to see what improvements can be made and then come the end of the season we will evaluate where we are for next year and really take this club forward both on and off the track.'
