STADIA UPGRADES
End of Season FINANCES now updated.
After reviewing the state of some of your stadiums, now is the time to upgrade before we move into the transfer frenzy.
There could be a case for riders to dismiss your club as the upkeep has been poor, meaning clubs could miss out on top riders, likewise some stadiums are in need of upgrading to benefit your fans, this could also have an effect on your crowd numbers.
PLEASE TAKE TIME OUT TO REVIEW THE QUALITY OF YOUR STADIUM and get the UPGRADES SORTED before next season starts.

ALL MANAGERS
Firstly will advise our new calender / diary for the NEW SEASON shortly.
In the meantime a couple of things to take note of:
TRANSFER FRENZY
We are reverting to the old style as a few manager's believe this is the fairest way to do things.
So to REMIND you
The window will be based on 3 weeks, usually two is enough, the third week becomes a first come first served rationale with us hoping to have teams completed early to get your DEDICATED line ups and tactics into us to get the PS Challenges underway.
We have a number of overseas riders wanting to participate in our leagues as well as many leaving our shores.
GUESTS
This season we revert back to using 'guests from your own leagues based on average.
How we are getting around this is the listing of meetings will now be based around a calender week with: meeting 1 (Monday) Meeting 2 (Tuesday) and so on.
RIDER SITUATION
This year I have undertaken to place riders with your teams or as on offer, sell or loan, some riders may have been brought by the NSSPA others may be leaving these shores to go home.
Most team have 4 riders as assets (again its a managers preference to keep them or not) so when the transfer windows open you will have plenty of work to do. The website will go live in good time for you to assess your rider options.
ANY RIDER labelled first choice if not brought by that club will revert to Europe. No Euro loaned rider from last season can be signed as an ASSET to be loaned out.
AL Teams will this year be built using 2 JJ riders, this is to help us as many riders are now taking time out of the sport and give us a number of new riders to consider.
The Cup Draws have been made as have the pre-season challenge fixtures.
KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED PLEASE

To confirm this year in competitions ALL CLUBS will have a place in the PAIRS and 4TT events.
The 4TT event will run as it did this season and the PAIRS will have two groups in midweek and a FINAL at the weekend.

PAYMENTS - INTER CLUB TRANSFERS - FIRST CHOICE RIDERS
ALL MANAGERS
REMINDER PAYMENTS BY 3rd OCTOBER, there is plenty of time, we want you to be ready for the season and Transfer Windows.
Once you have made your payments can you please update us with any inter club transfer you may have done (both managers need to advise the values and transfer type, whilst the buying manager will need to advise the riders contract)
This will reduce the burden on us at our busiest times.
First choice riders - they are shown on the transfer list and team pages of the clubs they can sign for.
The reason is to ensure there is no confusion that those managers can sign these riders and for other managers to understand how these riders if signed have joined these clubs. (if you have any doubts go to the League Rules for confirmation)
THANKS
