'We need to be fully focused to the future of Sim Speedway, and the current team during this tough period, To be honest the side was built to be promoted again but with a couple of missed tactics from myself we have really hindered the sides progression this season and we are going into the second half of this seasons with our tails between our legs.'
'We have kept the off track progression motoring and we have a stadium now that will cater for our high divisional needs. The issue is this club has progressed rapidly and we maybe seeing that start to creep up with us. I have been in talks with the NSSPA about the future and I firmly believe that the future is with the youngster in the world of sim. We here at Charlemont want to make this club into an academy so that we can develop our riders of the future to take us to the top. Its a long waiting game youth but we want to take this route for the future. We have slim asset base at the moment and we need to do something about it, we have worked well with Ray France from the Kings Lynn Lightening and that's what we want to do for ourselves, whether we look at them being our future number ones or we sell them on for financial security.'
'This season is back on, we want to stay in the Power League'
