Wednesfield continue to push league leaders Kings Lynn as they chalked off another impressive home win versus Lanarkshire. A 19 point winning margin was achieved largely by the irrepressible Jakub Fekete who took his full compliment of 7 rides (due to a heat 1 injury to skipper Phil Hayes) and scored 18 points from reserve. he was ably backed by Knapke who got paid 13 and Dvoynev paid 11, and Manager Steve Morgan couldn't be more pleased, "I have always dreamed of having a big hitting reserve. Jakub is taking his performances and scores to a level I didn't think was possible. We have an issue with Phil Hayes being injured but I'm covering it with rider replacement.... Why wouldn't I want Jakub having an extra 2 rides!!" Wednesfield sit 2nd behind Kings Lynn. Morgan added, "we will keep chipping away and do what we can to get results... We can't do anything else, we will keep going til the end...."
