Not a great performance at Tilbury means we have finishes third from bottom and will be plying our trade in the PL next season. It just shows how tough it is the season after becoming champions as I'm sure other teams over the past few seasons will testify. You become a target for the other sides plus you have to split up a title winning side, keeping riders you think will perform but don't.
Still we will approach next season in a positive manner and put together a side to try and get back into the top league at the first attempt. Of course some of our riders will want to carry on in the UL and no doubt are being eyed up by other managers. I will sit down with the guys over the next few days to see what they want to do before putting their names out their either for loan or full transfer.

Its a real shame, the Lightning will be missed- 3 down is a really tough school! Think it should be 2 up 2 down personally. Good luck on your quest back.

Thank you Graeme and congratulations on your title victory. Nice effort to get Bergostol at reserve it made all the difference. Yeah was just lucky his average dropped enough - not every year you can have a world class rider at reserve.
