EL - 1087 crammed into the Camelot to watch Chantry trounce the Harlow Hawks 59-31. Solid scoring led by Crusaders' No.1, Jaques Moursin (13+1) and No.6, Simon Kennett (11+2) and some hapless Hawks' racing added to the mix. The visitors only managed 3 heat winners and two heat advantages in a tough afternoon at the Camelot.
PL - 1430 - Dragged themslves to the Dockyard to witness hosts Teesside Transporters beat Yorkshire rivals Leeds Jaguars 48 -42 in a very close encounter of the first kind. The scores were locked 39-39 after 13 heats and Teesside won the meeting with a 4-2 in Race 14 and a superb 5-1 from Hans Benkarth and Lewie Carr in the final heat to see the hosts take the win by 6 points.
UL - 2160 - Rocked up at the Ridgeway to see a corker of a meeting. King's Lynn Lightning 45 Milton Keynes Cats 45 was the final score in this well fought draw in the top flight. The Cats fought back from being ten points down after 6 races ti share the spoils on the night and had No.1 Boguslaw Kryznowek in inspirational form as he scored 15+1 from his 6 rides.
