EL - 1083 crammed into Camelot Arena to see Chantry Crusaders beat their visitors, Birmingham Bournevillains 49-41. The hosts provided 11 of the 15 Heat winners and it was a good meeting full of competitive spirit. The match was swung by 5-1's for the Crusadres in Heats 13 & 15 from Jaques Moursin and Barge Moller-Bech.
PL - 1314 walked into the West Coast Arena as Aberavon Gems beat Reading Rebels 49-39 in a table topping clash, most of the hard work was done in the early stages by the home septet but a final heat 5-1 from Carsten Ostenstad and Pat Watkiss over Lee Jessup and the retiring Rafal Aranowski sealed the win in style.
UL - 2095 raced into the Ridgeway Raceway as hosts Wantage kings beat the Kings Lynn Lightening 50-40. An injury to Kings Lynns' Michael Plant marred the meeting though the Norfolk outfit had Tibor Nemecek and Ray France to thank for keeping them in it. Wantage were pretty solid throughout and ran out comfotable winners in the end.

A blank week again as away wins were at an absolute premium for a second week running

Brad Bouchard (Charlemont Chargers) 15 (5) got a valuable maximum in another close affair, with Estuary Whales pipping Charlemont 47-43 in a close encounter
Janek Bartousek (Sheffield Dons) was paid for 12+3 (5) in a confortable Sheffield home win over Tweedside 53-37
Brage Moller-Bech (Chantry Crusaders) paid 13+2 (5) for his ome Chantry side s they beat Birminham 49-41
