Week 11
Attendances
EL - 989 railroaded the Raptor's Arena as hosts Harlow met Charlemont Chargers - a hugely captivation 45 all draw ensued to leave them all feeling like they'd had good value. Harlow were 8 points up after Heat 10 (34-26) and must have felt the points coming their way, but Charlemont charged back to win Heat 13 1-5 and then grab 2-4's in Heats 13 and 15 with Brad Bouchard taking the flag in each of them
PL - 1267 ventured into the Viking Arena to see Foxhall Vikings narrowly beat the visiting Reading Rebels 46-44. Rafal Aranowski was imperious for the Rebels, who led up to Heat 9 and again after Heat 11. Despite Aranowski's heroics, the Viking prevailed and the win sees them secured in second spot.
UL - 2150 Ran to the Raiders Dome and witnessed the Newmarket hosts seal a 10 point win (50-40)
over the Castaways from Canvey Island. The Castaways only provided 4 race winners and 3 heat advantages, which proved their undoing and was never going to be enough to topple the Raiders, for whom Ricky Antunovich top scored with 11+1
Away Wins
There were no away victories this week - let's see if there's a raft next week (hopefully one in the UL Humber Derby)
Maximums
Rafal Aranowski (Reading Rebels) 15 (5) - which almost inspired the Rebels to an elusive away victory
Boguslaw Krznowek (Milton Keynes Cats) 15 (5) - the in-from Pole, who currently sits at the top of the GP series ladder enjoyed another bumper haul this week
Injuries
Ryan Betts (MK Cats) - Ryan was a faller in Heat 7 of in the Cat's win over the league leading Workington Logheads, breaking a finger and will miss - 3 Weeks
Thats yer lot for this week
