It has been an interesting month for the Terriors, but losing Josef for that time may well have proven to be a step too far for us.
In the KoC, we took a chance on a guest, and it didn't pay off. We lost by 1 point over 2 legs. Given how we started the season, the fact that we made it to a semi final should be a win in itself, but I am gutted, because I know that we had a chance to make the final, and it stings that we didn't make it there. We had had a couple of tough away losses leading up to that, but came away with the first bonus point of the season at Owlerton, so I can't complain too much.
Since the KoC, we have had a couple of solid home wins, and we have moved up the table. While we only find ourselves 3 points from top spot, it would take a lot to win the league at this point, and I think our main concern has to be in solidifying our place in this league. We want to be a team who pushes on and does well, but we need to appreciate that at times, it doesn't always work that you can win everything. I want a solid showing from us in the final few weeks of the season, to hopefully pick up a piece of silverware on the way. We have the ability to do this, so we shall have to see what happens.
