Well after a few early season sessions at the Flight Path Jordan was packed off to the NSSPA Academy to undo go more intense coaching from the NSSPA coaching hierarchy.
Resulting in some very good tips for our youngster he now looks and feels more comfortable on his bike, positioning at corners is vital and if all goes well Jordan could be putting these sessions into points later in the season.
Wayne Templeton thanked the coaches for their fortitude and happily read the all points picked up by the coaches for him to work on with Jordan as the season continues..

Jordan put in good effort in the JJ SOUTH Round 1, his 9 points coming form 4 rides as he tired in his 5th ride after making a poor start, he was pressuring for two laps then tailed off, early season race fitness will soon be forgotten as he matures in all aspects of our sport to improve over the season will be a big step for the youngster.

Round 2 saw Jordan achieve his first podium and it sets him up nicely for the season, he due some more NSSPA coaching later in the season to see if we can focus on getting him to increase his points values per meeting, he looks set for a place in the semi's on current form, but nothing can be taken for granted, so the coaching team and Wayne Templeton are keeping an eye on the best time to get that extra coaching session.

Round 3 saw him finish in 3rd place on 12 points and lying 3rd in the South points list and joint 9th in the overall scoring charts.
Jordan has been learning something new each meeting, it may from what has happened on track to others, scenarios that arise in the pits and overhearing pit chat between riders and there mentors, "my speedway education is very fluid, I listen intently, earwig on other conversations and watch every heat ridden to pick up lines to race, bike set ups, my confidence as a result is sky high, but my feet are firmly on the ground, I take nothing for granted and know only my hard work will give me the chance of a career in our sport".
I have to thank my family who have been protagonists to me being out on track, our sponsors cloud9.com and the fans who put together a collection to raise 376.83p towards my speedway costs, my van has been supplied by on line car sales unit Bestsella.com, thanks to my dad and uncle for doing the hard miles to get us around the tracks, I am thoroughly enjoying my experience.

Trotter you are a rising star, riding joint 8th in the competition another 10 point haul sees you just 3 points behind Mitchell Spink for the south accolades, Wayne and the coaching team are watching you closely and will no doubt time your next visit to the NSSPA coaching academy to coincide with your push onto the semi finals and fingers crossed FINAL.......
A first visit to the Starbug home of London Jets was some solace as the short journey was good for Jordan, he did say "he enjoyed the warmth of the crowd here and although still bedding in the track looks to have leveled out a bit form an early season visit".

Trotter rode his heart out at our Flight Path hosted meeting, his double figure return enough to cement his place in the semi-finals.
The lad has worked his steel shoe off this season and taken on board good advice and been a star pupil at his coaching sessions.
The Whales fans will be monitoring his progress intently as the seniors looked destined with a date in the AL next season and Jordan could cement his place in the team for next season, OK there is a long way to go, but for sure young Jordan will be digging in to get to the GP's, but he is level headed enough to know there is much work to do and it is not a given, he is big enough to wish all his competing riders his best wishes for the rest of the season.
GO TROTTER GO!!!!!!!!

Trotter fought tooth and nail at the Dunlop Road Raceway which saw him finish injoint second, but disappoint in the race off, after missing his gate, he did pressure the lads in front but had to settle for 4th place overall on 11 points, his efforts see him remain 4th in the South and 15th overall 21 points behind the leader Dmitrij O'Shea, the one blessing is he is comfortably in a semi-final position barring a disaster next time out he is set to battle for a place in this years GP season ending bonanza.
