A good start to his jaunt career for young 14 year old docker Chris Ford who managed 6 points and his first ever race win in the jaunt series against more experienced riders. The boy has talent and we are all looking forward to seeing what he can do in round 2.

Another good performance from Chris in week 2 with 7 points including two race wins. He also had engine trouble in one heat so could easily have added to his 7. Really good display from him and he's getting better and better all the time. We are delighted with his progress so far.

Round 3
Another round under his belt and a good 9 points including two race wins for Chris. He didn't get off to a good start with a last place followed by two thirds but he made some changes and finished the night with two wins which just shows the determination of the kid. He ends the meeting in high spirits and full of confidence, at 14 he really is a big talent.

Round 4
Another fantastic effort from young Chris who just keeps getting better and better, he really is amazing everyone with his maturity in his riding, at only 14 years old he is performing way above his years. He got 11 points and was only beat in a run off for 3rd place. His progress has been fantastic so far.

Round 5
Another round down and Chris ended up with another decent 7 points to his name. Was a poor start with 2 from his first three rides but his head didn't drop, made the changes to the bike that was needed and finished with a win and a second place. It's all a learning curve for him right now but he's doing fantastic considering hes only 14.

Home Internationals Round 1
Chris made his first appearance for Wales scoring a decent 6 points. Up against the best Britain has to offer he more than held his own and was very impressive. Sometimes I have to scratch my head and remember he's only 14 years old when I watch him. He is picking up valuable experience with every meeting he has and is growing in confidence aswell.

Home Internationals Round 2
Another good performance from Chris ending with 9 points which meant he was Wales top scorer on the night and helped them to second place. He just gets better and better and it really wouldn't surprise anyone at Tilbury to see him go and get double figures in round 3.
