Craig Leonard Shines at Home

Craig Leonard started his Juvenile Jaunt campaign with a 4th place finish in the first meeting which was held at The All Saints Stadium. It was a hugely sucsessful night with the riders enjoying the slick surface at the West Midland based stadium.
Leonard night grew and grew in quality with him steadingly increasing his points tally to 11 on the nights. He scored well towards the end of the night as he found his feet at his home track and scored 1 2 3 2 3 in his five rides. The young englishman has bags of talent and is hoping for a good season in the JJ which may seem him steep up in the coming years to the full side. The gnext meeting will be intresting as he wont have home luxury but hopefully Leonard will show that he is a very versatile rider and will improve on his scores in the coming weeks.
Manager Comments
'Its a great start for the young lad, he has bags of potential and I liket he idea of looking after our own and bringing them through the ranks. Maybe one day he will be our number one and captain, thats what id like to seem him acheive and it would bring me great pride to see it happen.'
'I was impressed with the track, with young riders coming here you want to make sure they are safe and they all come away from the meeting with just points and not injuries. Huge congrats to the track staff who are working with limited resources as we havent been able to fund the stadium developments just yet'
'The crowd was a little low, wed have hoped for more but maybe next time the JJ comes here we can put a better deal on, but the quality of racing tonight was brilliant from such top quality young riders'
