After a strong start, Tunstall fell to a 50-40 loss at Lanarkshire.
"Honestly, we didn't deserve that. The lack of an out and out number 1 really hurt us in the final stages of the meeting, because Henrik and Gabrys just didn't seem right. At 10 heats down, we were level, and we deserved that, but to lose by 10 really stings. We were better than that."
Rider Reviews
Gabrys Irzyk 6+1 from 4
Started with a 5-1, then a couple of second places before a poor heat 13. Seemed to be struggling for pace through the meeting.
Enzo Innocone 7+1 from 5
Started with a win over Hayden Wood, and picked up another win in heat 8. 7+1 is a good total from Enzo, and if he can do that each week I will be happy.
Olle Runeberg 7 from 4
Solid from Olle. A good heat win in his third ride, and a couple of second places made for a solid middle order score. Zdenek Drahos 8+1 from 5
Top scorer on the night, and probably our best rider. Once again, very good middle order points, and a well deserved heat 15. Gabrys Irzyk 7 from 4
Took a tumble in his third ride when a comfortable second, which didn't help his score. Will be disappointed. Brandon Delgado 4+2 from 5
Solid, but not spectacular. Needs to go out and win heat 2.
Boris Kravchuk 1 from 3
Nice to see him score his first official UL point, but got a rough introduction to life in the UL.
