after an indifferent start to the Al campaign, Team Manager Paul Duff issued a rallying cry ahead of their home clash with the Hailsham Hornets. "Things haven;t gone to plan thus far and I was hugely disappointed with our home loss last week. However I'm an eternal optimist and believe we are close to a really big win and team performance.a Will Stone & Lewie Carr have been away for coaching and both have found areas for improvement that I am looking forward to seeing, particularly at home. I have also spoken in depth with Luke Patryk to build his confidence. He's a young lad with bags of potential an he can improve dramatically with us. Whilst building the team i looked a t a few options and i still believe Luke was the right choice to step into our reserve berth. His time will come and I have every faith in his ability, he's under no pressure and I see him getting better as the season progresses."
