Sheffield Dons will not be making any alterations to their team with the new averages now out but manager James Dixon has said that doesn't mean it's not going to happen!
"Results have actually been OK but nobody in the side is doing fantastically well - although Arlo Evaristo has put a point on and moves to number 1 now. Arlo has done really well but will have more pressure on him from here so hopefully he can keep it going but we need to not ask too much of him at this stage.
We are an all-round side so we need all 7 riders to be scoring. At the moment I'm happy enough but we do have room for more points and if it stays that way we'd be silly not to look at taking advantage of that. Dexter Last is giving it his all but his average has dropped in the easier number 7 berth and we want to see more from him.
We want to use our club to help develop young riders but we also want to win meetings. There are several good young Brits available with higher averages and if we think they can score more points than current riders we will make a change. I don't want to put pressure on anyone but we've told them what we expect from them and over the next few weeks we'll see how they respond and reconsider the position for what's best for the riders and the team as a whole."
