The Whales were dumped out of the 4TT as the riders imploded.
This season is going from bad to worse, we have made a couple of changes spending hard earned cash, our sponsors are squeezing us for more marketing and less revenue.
Our riders just need to step up to the plate otherwise our season is going to end in disappointing for our supportive fans.
Even though we are down, we still offer congratulations to those who did pick up silver ware and some cash rewards.
Wayne Templeton now has the job of building up the confidences of some very downhearted riders, Wayne stated "its time for the riders to wear their hearts on their sleeves and give back to the estuary based speedway community,
Fred and Wayne brought back riders with allegiances to the Megano, Craig Axentiff and Leigh Billington were here in the colours of Grays Flyers and both are disappointed with their performance, Craig has been racing on borrowed bikes as his own are locked in a container in Tilbury Docks held by Customs, he has no excuses and knows he should be doing better, he has had a few years back home in NZ and racing Internationally, but something is missing right now.
Now though we move on to week 10 and an anticipated big crowd for the arrival of Kentish team Maidstone Knights in our first competitive meeting.
The Knights I am sure will be well supported, so Wayne and the boys need to be at their very best.
GO WHALES GO!!!!!!!!!
